  • Holy shit, I thought that guy in the beginning was young Dallas...

Their frontman used to be that bassist? meh :/

  • @ryder187mac Yeah, Chief Spires wasn't especially good, but he was the first and longest-lasting bassist and a cofounder of Nile, so he deserves his props. My favorite Nile lineup was circa In Their Darkened Shrines, with Jon Vesano on bass and Tony Laureano drumming - the first time I saw them in 2003, Jon's stage presence was amazing. They seem to be moving further and further away from that ITDS atmosphere, both in sound and quality. It's sad...

  • Dallas is fucking beast.

  • @SteelProphet For real man? Are you sure? I could've SWORN that Derek played with them live, too..... maybe its just been too long, but I thought ITDS didn't come out until like 2002, because I saw them on tour then with Origin and Hate Eternal and I swear they said that Tony was new to the band.

  • @Gumbo72203 Haha Derek Roddy only sessioned for black seeds... Who you see playing now is Tony Laureano right before ITDS... You suck at band info

  • @ryder187mac your a retard

  • Nile with Chief and Karl playing his REAL guitar, the original blonde Fender strat, is the REAL Nile. Fuck Dean guitars, and fuck Jon Vesano. Nile is Karl, Chief, Dallas, and Derek fucking Roddy. And Pete Hammoura, even though he got hurt. This was the best lineup ever, to see Nile with. Too bad they stopped playing this, and all the rest of their good songs, like War God, Ramses, Smashing the Antiu, Stones of Sorrow, Pestilence, Black Flame.....

  • @Threske I really like ITDS, and newer Nile stuff. Dunno why I said it was meh that this was their frontman, guess I'm too used to seeing Dallas. Though, the kickass Nile riffs lasted throughout the years and you can't really say some of the newer songs like The Essential Salts are bad \m/

  • com os 3 da formação classica mais o grande Wade

    muito foda

  • kickass vid..thnx mate
