Tupperware or locknlock? Tupperware party or go to a shop to buy locknlock? My 3 year old does a demonstration of what happens when her toy dog knocks over a locknlock container with berry juice drink but would a Tupperware container behave the same?

Welcome to the amazing world of plastic food and drink storage containers Amy.

Amy's Mom is fascinated with plastic storage containers...hence this video but I am wondering has there ever been a comparison done between LOCKnLOCK and Tupperware! Tupperware and Lock and Lock seem to me to be both established and the leading brands of plastic storage containers but Is the only difference being a Tupperware party is where you buy Tupperware and a shop is where you buy lock n lock?

Locknlock airtight food and drink containers really work and are truly stackable and Tupperware has an innovative product range with a life time guarantee speaking volumes about the quality....but which is really the best?

I would love to know if an organisation like CHOICE has ever done a product comparison between these great products that are in all our homes. Or what are your opinions... which do you like and are you like me, the idea of food tasting better after it has been stored correctly is wonderful?

And before you ask I am not a Tupperware party consultant, Yes I went to a tupperware demonstration about 5 years ago, I do not work for or distribute locknlock I have no commercial interest in any company. However I am a house wife who uses plastic containers on a daily basis like millions of other Moms and Dads. I have always been impressed how good design of plastic has become such a big part of our lives and has been doing so in the kitchen since the early days of plastic use by consumers.

Let me know what you think, please comment below and rate my video... did Amy do a good job acting?

  • awwwwww

  • Very much appreciate your comments. I did not know a couple of the things you mentioned such as locknlock party plans and also that you do a life time guarantee...good news!

  • In saying that, Tupperware obviously has things that Lock&Lock don't have but when it comes to containers and storage solutions, there is no comparison.

  • I live in Australia and am a Lock&Lock consultant, we now do Lock&Lock party plans! Lock&Lock is a lot better than Tupperware (In my opinion), we have a lifetime guarantee whereas SOME of the Tupperware range doesn't anymore. Also, Tupperware containers are not airtight, a way to test it is that you can sometimes smell what is inside the container without opening it, you can't do this with the airtight and liquid tight Lock&Lock! Great video, and Amy is just adorable
