  • So at the end range of motion during external rotation when the shoulder is at its weakest, the band has the most tension. Is this beneficial?

  • Todd Durkin is the king, if you want to get fit, complete your workout doing some mma training.

    Look for my videos!!

  • It's better to exercise that range of motion before you lose it with surgery.
