i want this to play at my funeral

@starfan1976 Indeed i read they used outdated technology while there was much newer available , Palpatine probaby did this to prevent Vader from rebelling against him

It's like John Williams took out your heart and stuck needles in it.
It's so emotionally amazing.

I cry upon always hearing this. Padme was responsible for Anakin's transformation. So sad. This music is so sad.
-
Can anyone tell me the theme it plays when Obi-Wan first arrives on Polis Masa with Padme?

@MrOrganicCarrot first palpatine dosen't care about vader, only his power. second this forces vader to use the force more often and increased his frustration. If you read dark lord the rise of Darth Vader, you can read a chapter where Vader says ther could be much more improvement done to his body, but not.
-
@MrOrganicCarrot I don't belive that was palpatines intent. to him, vader is a tool a weapon and perhaps he thought that this would frustrate him and make him more powerful in the dark side.

i think what john williams did combining the Funeral music and Imperial march was pure genius, it fits beautifully :)

@MrOrganicCarrot no he cannt, becouse he is half machine half human.
-
@kingmickey666 Yeah but why would he do that though. Surely he could have made him much faster.
Star Wars is FULL of irony..Darth Plagueis story is ironic..and Padme lived her entire life to protect andserve the Republic but she was the key reason it was destroyed..her very existance brought it down, no Padme=No Darth Vader

this is probably one of the best themes in the movie especially when it plays with Vader and Sidious at the end
