@thisonefuckinguy Gotta remember that Rambo was a metal worker at this point. At least that was his story, so working metal would have made him incredibly strong. Though frankly they made that the story since the guy was on way too much HGH at this time. His face looks really bloated because of it. He looks a lot better in the expendables when he laid off the HGH. Here he was supposed to be so strong because he basically worked metal for a living which makes you powerful.
