How to cast your own rubber molds for dioramas and model railroads. You can custom make your own terrain features this way. You will have your own molds for casting. If you are making large dioramas this will also save you money.
Lots more diorama stuff on my website:

  • how much is the latex rubber and where can u get it

  • @nerfpistol I bought mine from amazon. The company that makes the latex is called Woodland Scenics.

  • do u just put the latex rubber on the object? ANd does it work on paper

  • @nerfpistol Yes, you just brush the latex right onto the object. I don't think it will work on paper though. It will just soak in.

  • so all you need for the mold is latex rubber?

  • @killzone474 , yes, to make the mold all you need is latex rubber. Be sure to wear gloves, some people are allergic to it. Woodland scenics makes the brand that I use.
