Situated in the picturesque area of Gramadeto, Paradiso Verde is just 600 metres from the ski-lift station providing easy access to the Pirin Mountain. Bansko is popular with skiers of all levels, the total area of marked ski runs is 70km and the lifts and pistes offer easy access and comfort with an 8 seat gondola, five 4 seat lifts, a 3 seat POMA lift, 7 drags and 10 baby drags.

Bansko is best known these days as Bulgaria's premier ski resort and is growing at such a rate that it is now the most popular winter resort in central and Eastern Europe. Not only is Bansko famous for its snow and ski, but is also a popular summer tourist destination, as well as being a working town with a population of nearly 10,000.

The Building
Paradiso Verde consists of studio, one and two bedroom apartments and comprises the first and second phase of the three phase Paradiso Verde Ski and Golf Residence. Units will be fully-furnished and purchasers can have the added luxury of choosing their own personal design finish; modern or traditional. All apartments will include standard kitchen appliances, a central heating system, cable TV and telephone connection and internet installation.

Select apartments will feature a stunning open fireplace and private balconies.

Features
On-site five-star facilities include a reception service, indoor and outdoor swimming pool set amidst lush green gardens, fitness centre, basketball and badminton court, indoor children's playground, several shops, a business centre with conference and convention room, a hairdressing and beauty salon and a restaurant and bar.
