As I Lay Dying - Anodyne Sea [Guitar cover]

I did this cover mainly as a tone test. A bunch of fun riffs in this one! The intro riff is a real pain in the ass to get sounding tight! :D

There are four rhythm guitar tracks where I used both "GuitarHack JJ FRED45 0" and "GuitarHack JJ FRED45-1" impulses, amps are from POD Farm. Lead guitar tone is from POD Farm too but I didn't use any impulses there.

Bass: midi track with soundfont
Drums: Addictive Drums

Cool, the metal addon pack is great for high gain amps but they need a lot of tweaking, I can send you a Pm of some bass Vsts you can get if you want, mac or Pc??

Awesome playing dude, you get a great tone out of pod farm, are you using the medal add on pack? what daw are you using?? You should use a VST for your bass as oppose to a soundfont,

@drawnacrol Thanks! Nah, don't have any add ons. Just the basic shit. I used both Reaper and Adobe Audition as a DAW in this one.

Yeah, I've been looking for a good VST for bass but haven't found one.

thats basicly their tone man! they use 2x12 avatar cabs and they have a huge toneful sound but not a huge low end. but thats where their bassist comes in. too bad i havnt seen any good bass impulses! haha
