How to change the Sysetm logo on Windows Vista

At work I have changed the dell logo to a alienware logo on the windows OEM
The only file type that the picture can be is a 140X140 bitmap image
You can use paint to change most pictures to this format, just open it with paint and save it as a paint file (BITMAP)
