How To Build Self Esteem
There are many ways you can do to develop your self esteem. Perhaps the very first thing to do is to list all your strengths and abilities. You do this to be reminded of all the things you have to do. The trick is to focus and magnify with all your strengths. You also don't need to think about your weaknesses, as you only want is positivity in life.
You also need to monitor your self talk. Your goal is to change your self talk to positive thoughts. A positive affirmation is a positive statement about yourself. Use them in a meditation technique. "I am strong", "I will make it", "I can", these are only few of the positive affirmation you have to think of. As always, you should never think of the negative things.
Self-nurturing is also critical to improving self-esteem. Start by looking after yourself physically, by eating well, staying/getting into shape and having all the sleep you need - not too much and not too little. Remember that you have to look good to feel good. This will add confidence in to yourself.
