Efren has done a very good job. No question there... but come on. He won because of a PR job. Voting was 'rigged' in a sense that Pinoys all over the world campaigned for their votes and probably voted gazillion times. Wait until Mumbai India has a candidate and Pinoys will be totally outnumbered.
