Doomsday and Superman killed each other when their punches connected on one another at the same time. So yeah, Doomsday did kill Superman.

I have no idea how Clark could possibly kill Doomsday. He is a professionel killer machine. Clark should get really furious and determined to do anything against him.

In the comics Superman just tried to stop Doomsday which resulted in both of them "dieing." Superman never kills intentionally. I assume Clark will try to put him in the Phantom Zone again.
