It's about time some of the states stood on the Constitution to back the federal government down from their "control & micromanaging trip" over all of us. This article is about mostly the 2nd amendment, but the same logic applies to the majority of things under the Constitution exercised if necessary under the 9th and 10th amendment. US citizens need to know the states have sovereignty and were meant to be able to stand on their own feet and the federal government's role was to be finite according to the Federalist Papers #45."The powers delegated by the proposed Constitution to the federal government are few and defined. Those which are to remain in the State governments are numerous and indefinite." Montana state Rep. Joel Boniek, the bill's sponsor. "But I want to point out that the issue here is not about firearms. It's about state rights."

  • How will they prove gun ammunition doesn't cross state lines or come in from another state and used in that state? This seems like it has no chance of passing.
