Camry Pulling Jet Boat on the Ramp

Me on my 4cyl Camry taking out my Jet Boat out of the water on the ramp. At only 1,500 rpm the most. So no Pressure at all on the engine, for does who said a 4cyl Camry couldn't take a Jet Boat out of the water, believe it or not they were wrong.

its not the car with the problem towing, its if you have to stop short with that where the problem is. we tow with a honda crv. and with only a jetski theres a difference in braking.

Wow osusx, you're an idiot. You obviously have no idea how to calculate safe towing limits. In addition, I'm very knowledgable about jet boats, yes they are lighter than some boats of equivalent size, they still weigh around 2000lbs dry, that's not calculating fuel or gear. Towing a boat with a car is well, not only illegal, but fucking stupid.

@jasonmsmith2 Jet boats are very light, especially that model. Do your research. Not that I'd recommend towing anything with a car, just saying this is well within the cars limits.

Jasonkingj69, it is a jet boat. Boats are classified by the type of propulsion. It's a combustion engine but does not have a propeller, instead it has an impeller and a nozzle, therefore it is in fact a jet boat. Go to google before you post something that you have no idea what you are saying.

People are so retarded, first off just about anything, even a mini can tow a lot of weight. What you are doing wrong is that your camry can't stop the boat short in an emergency. In addition, you have obviously ignored the GVWR and tow rating. So while you think you're good because you can literally pull your boat, you are a big fucking tool that needs to get off the roads because your going to rear end someone.
