A "Melody Drama Of Dazzling Splendor In Technicolor"
This is an early technicolor test film made by Pioneer Pictures. The film tells the story of a theatre owner who goes to a local cafe to see and audition its famous band and dancers.
This also won the 1934 Academy Award for "Best Live-Action Two-Reel Short Subject". Pioneer later produced a 1936 Technicolor feature for RKO-Radio, "The Dancing Pirate", starring Frank Morgan (unfortunately, only the black and white print is available).

Should be considered a national treasure for Mexico, USA, Technicolor, Mitchell Cameras, Pioneer Pictures and Kodak!
