Supose that i have windows and linux inside (virtualized) so... if i get a virus on my main system (windows) can affect the linux system???

Alright this is easy answer. First off no you can not get the virus in the linux OS. One reason is linux does not run windows programs, the virus would have to be made for linux only. The only virus that would effect the linux is if it was to delete or edit the VM hard-disk and even then the disk would not be readable by the software and would tell you that the disk is corrupt or missing and you would need to reinstall the OS.
