Jeff and Annie ♥ All this time

Warning: Finale Spoilers

Small Jeff/Annie tribute I had to do after watching the finale :)

It didn't take very long to make so it's not really as perfected as I would have wanted it to be but oh well .

The song is pretty perfect because it's about a man who was torn and then realized he had the answer all along and will now try to make it right, that would be Jeff :D
I wanted to include Britta because I love her and I felt horrible about the way things happened with her, but I'm really happy he's with Annie and *fingers crossed* hope it will last.

Anyways, if any of you guys watch the show, let me know if you like it :D
