The USC job is better if you are after fame but he is just taking over a mediocre team in a piss poor conference and leaving an improving team in THE BEST conference. That's what fans of SEC teams do... as soon as their team sucks, it's all "SEC! SEC!" Is Alabama a better job than USC, probably. Florida, yep. Tennessee, no f'n way. He wasn't being paid to be an SEC coach, he was being paid to be the UT coach. USC is a better job, easily.
