A few shots of the wonderfully bucolic railway at North Ings Farm Museum, on the edge of the fens in Lincolnshire. It was originally laid in 1972 to provide transport when the farm was used for rearing chickens.
The locomotive is a homemade steam tram using, amongst other parts, an engine from a steam powered winch and a pump from a class 47 steam heating boiler.
This is a great little railway

@PMDVD I _love_ the video you shot in 1987!! I would also love to model this in On30. I'm curious though - are there any photos of the railway when it was working for the chicken farming?

@darktalon2gnt It would look good in On30 also! A rake of Bachmann On30 V-tippers, remove the tipper, add small enclosures (or not) for passengers, add your favorite "feldbahn"/industrial loco and you're set. At 3/10 of a mile long, the entire railway would be under 30' long. Perfect!

Had to look up BUCOLIC!
1. of or pertaining to shepherds; pastoral.
2. of, pertaining to, or suggesting an idyllic rural life.
noun
3. a pastoral poem.
4. Archaic. a farmer; shepherd; rustic.
Watch out for my video of this line - made in 1987.
