Wow, never heard of this aria before, did Verdi wrote it as a separate? I've always thought Verdi's Ave Maria is only the Othello one, this is a great find :D

Simply magnificent! The young ones now can't even dream of singing like this or doing this. These were Renata's last singing moments... Retirement followed soon after. Brava Renata!!!

I didn't know that Verdi's Ave Maria knowing it was the Othello one.
It is not so high... What evry body have with Tebaldi's sharps in that piece?
