  • Arigatou!

  • So I have noticed that when I chant the mantra, after a while, my rage, discomfort, irritation, frustration, leaves the body, but I feel an energy vibrating within my body. This is normal, right? And how many times should you be chanting this sound in one sitting?

  • This is the most wonderful video I have ever seen on youtube. Thank you!!
