How to make a Balloon gun

Lol, i know i stutter a lot i get nervous behind a camera also my feet are still cold from today in the morning also if you didn't understand the video tutorial then read this one but i strongly recommend that you watch the video before
reading this.

Step 1: cut the balloon at least 0.5 inches from the top if u have the original party balloons just mount it on also you have to cut the slim part of the balloon were the rubber band is.

Step 2: After you've cut the top of the balloon just get some tape and put it round the side of the pipe you're going use to protect the balloon from sharp edges ,i recommend electric tape cause it holds stronger then other tapes but if u don't then just use other tape, so u get the end of the cut balloon and tape it on one of the ends of the pipe.

Step 3: when you're loading the gun make sure if you're using my type of balloon to only load it with rocks and if your using the bigger kinds depending on the size of your tube it choices it purpose.
