Don't know what crap crown vic you got, or what poor back-water city it came from, but the police vehicles around where I live and where my cousin live put out quite a bit more then that.

@schoolboy465 I have a retired crown vic with the interceptor motor, These cop cars are only putting out 190hp at 4750 rpm and 250 ft lbs of torque it's laughable.

Yes true, a lot of trailer queens about, I know years ago we used to race in street car class, some cars were arriving on trailers and we were driving our everyday cars. The engineering on some of these trailer queen cars can be amazing but a bit ridiculous if they are scared to drive them, that.s what cars are for, after all they do have wheels!

You must be one of those idiots turned haters because you lost your hot rod to the legal system. Either way with the time, money, and heart that someone has out into a car like this including the rarity of the car, if you knew they were going to take your car away, I am pretty sure that a smarter than average person might think of running away dumbass, you only have 1,000hp (sarcasm) vs one of those piggish overweight Crown Victorias, or even the new police Chargers.
