See us at http://www.predatornutrition.com. The dumbell shoulder press is a great size and and strength builder for the deltoids (shoulder muscles). Once the weights are in position resting on your shoulders drive them up powerfully to the top and then bring back down to the shoulders before starting your next rep. Do not cheat by failing to use a full range of motion.
