I personally love Audi over BMW the reason why is it is much better inside, nice and stable to drive not to mention that I use it every day summer or winter no problem it goes trough snow like knife trough butter and where I live we have a lot of snow!!!

@styleew1 also just another quickie - have you seen the first video GTboard did RS4 vs M3 CSL? The CSL pulled a fair advantage. but to be honest if you want to talk straight line speed in my experience against a friends RS4 there is absolutely nothing in it. i can only assume a healthy CSL first time or poorly RS4

either way both great machines an RS4 is a hugely desirably ownership proposition

@styleew1 unfortunately thats not a CSL, it was a normal E46 M3 fitted with the optional extra competition spec, hence CS - not a full blown CSL. amongst the goodies that came with the CS package were CSL style (unfortunately not full on CSL light, just replica's) along with fractionally shaper steering, suspension and M trak mode for the traction control. good car, just no CSL. what you have to remember here is that the M3 had been around for many years at this time and was soon replaced

The CSL was painted only two colors: Black Sapphire Metallic and Silver Grey Metallic. Fifth gear is driving a M3 w/ Intergalagos Blue i.e. Competition package or ZCP (m3 cs in UK)

it's more that RS4 fans feel more the urge to support, M3 is the benchmark and need no "die hard" support. i would like to own both though ;-)

Dude do you know anything about BMW's? The BMW in this video is a CSL. It's quite obvious you have never owned an M3. Any true BMW M3 owner would know the difference between and E46 M3 and an E46 M3 CSL. Oh by the way TOP GEAR raced the E46M3 vs the B6S4. M3 was quicker in the straights. S4 quicker aroung the track. GT Board has video of the RS4 beating a M3 CSL. The RS4 can not compete with the E92 M3 but does beat the previously mentioned and there is proof.
