  • possibly need SSI and need to learn to cope w\my new discovery. I feel hopeful now that I found people online who are like me. Does anyone know of support groups ( especially for social problems)? We all need eachother, to live...not just survive. I'm a drug addict too and the biggest compounding factor was isolation...now I don't want to wake up everyday thinking of suicide. I want to live.

  • After years upon years of diagnosis after diagnosis I was never diagnosed with a learning disability because part of my nld is rigidity in thinking...on aptitude tests. My perforated I.Q on the first WAIS test I took was a 156. I never had any problems in school outside of severe orgaizational problems. It was always attributed to laziness. • Hello WhiteTiger! I have Asperger's Syndrome and was just diagnosed with NVLD on Friday. I was kind of scared to hear the news but after multiple sites for research I found your video. I have been following you a long time and I just saw this and had to click the link. Everything you described describes me. I will try your tips. Thanks! You are amazing.

  • Thanks for that! I've had Learning disabilities all my life. But I could never find an exact description of the symptoms. I recently learnt about NLD and its a bit OMG for me! Your videos are great, good to hear about it from somebody else. Will be checking in on your channel regularly. Thanx! : D

  • @xxsubzeroxxxx Ehm you should know that 80% of people with NLD ALSO have Aspergers Syndrome. I just wanted to make that clear no offense (I ahave both Asperger/NLD try coping with all that sh!t lol. :/

  • Hey, the acronym was great, and so were the suggestions, very impressive lesson, but the octopus scared me at first : )
