Cost over runs?? never ! .. this can't be so, i mean, we can trust our politicians & government, can't we ? .. they wouldn't harm their citizens, wouldn't cause us problems, wouldn't lie to us, or allow private business to gather too much profit from public works, or line their own pockets in the process .. would they ?

Cost over runs?? lol, They had me sitting in a cubicle for over a year and a half collecting 68k per year. Tax Dollars wasted. I was ready willing and able to work each and every day.
