Kathleen Fahey gives us her confession: Dry Chipotle Chili Peppers
Ingredients
-1 lb. round rump roast
-1 lb. pork shoulder
-Beef broth
-Dry chipotle chili peppers
-Beef broth
-1 can crushed tomatoes
-Fresh corn
-Chilies
-Cumin
-Salt and pepper
-Tomato paste
Directions;
1.Add rump roast, pork shoulder, beef broth, and chipotle chili pepper to Crock-Pot® Slow Cooker.
2. Slow cook for up to 3 hours.
3. Add 1 can of crushed tomatoes, chilies, and corn.
4. Add cumin and salt and pepper to taste.
5. Add tomato paste.
6. Slow cook for 1 hour.
