i recommend you do man as somebody who has been boxing for 9yrs and trains in muay thai for kicking i have started wreslting for bout six seven months now as part of cross training it has really opened up my mind and has made me a even more dangerous stand up fighter cause i can now defend against take downs and execute them too if need be
