This is a cover song of Iron Maiden track "Remember Tomorrow"

Unchain the colours before my eyes,
Yesterday's sorrows, tomorrow's white lies.
Scan the horizon, the clouds take me higher,
I shall return from out of fire.

Tears for rememberance, and tears for joy,
Tears for somebody and this lonely boy.
Out in the madness, the all seeing eye,
Flickers above us, to light up the sky.

Unchain the colours before my eyes,
Yesterday's sorrows, tomorrow's white lies.
Scan the horizon, the clouds take me higher,
I shall return from out of fire.

  • Holy shit..until James started singing I was sitting here with an extremely sceptic face expression going "Fuck no this is not Metallica, it's just another of those crappy covers on youtube masquerading as Metallica" but no..and I must say this is the most awesome cover of Maiden I've ever heard.

  • fuck !! better than the original how can be possible?

  • Awesome cover! and it makes sense that Metallica would cover Paul Di'Anno era Iron Maiden since Hetfields voice is more close to Di'Anno than Bruce...Hetfield just can't do Bruce Dickinson :P

  • @bodoron Is good but my opinion Opeth is better cover this song and best ever Maiden cover is Machine Head "Hallowed"

  • great cover. Did anyone notice the Creeping Death-like intro?

  • @Cactaceae33 No! Di'Anno is best + check the response! Having said that, I did enjoy this cover and they made a good job of it.

  • @Cactaceae33 In fact I think Di'Anno actually wrote this song!

  • @kesson12 Mate...... Bruce does not even sing this. It was Di'Anno. But yes, Bruce is the best!

  • a little white rabbit feel to it with that bassline

  • i prefeer the opeth's version

  • too hard for they :D
