Guys in their 20's and 30's making a swing album in 1997 is O.G. status.

If you mean the 'Skaboy' blip, I'm just doing my duty as a fan to push their material to the 95% of the world who fail to realize CPD have more than one song. ;)
If you mean the iTunes ad, I have no control over that and couldn't remove it if I tried. :/

saw these guys in seattle a couple weeks ago -- best show i've seen in years. their swing/ska mix is a lot of fun live, and the musicianship was amazing.

I think it would have been easier to just bomb Brian Setzer instead.

Come on! Leave Setzer alone, the guy's a hero.

Sure he was mainly focussing on smoother and happier hits. But you can't blaim him for not trying anything new. With the Stray Cats, he mixed rockabilly and punk with highly sophisticated guitarwork. With BSO, he brought us a swing-orchestra with kickass guitar licks. With 'Rumble in Brighton', you can even say he's done some psychobilly in its early days.

Of course I see that because of BSO, CPD is underrated. Just don't blaim it on the pioneers.
