This clip is from the US Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) 1999 video, Asbestos Managing Problems, Addressing Concerns (available on GoogleVideo). Asbestos is still being used in some products today, such as some floor tiles, roofing caulks, brake shoes. Please support Senator Murray's bill to Ban Asbestos in America. • Nice find Mark! It's amazing that EPA wasn't even more informative about the horrible effects of asbestos, the consequences it poses, and the mesothelioma.

  • Asbestos properties are so unique that it's worth putting up with its few disadvantages. That's why it's still in use today!

  • Hmmm that ended conveniently?
