I'm in complete agreement with BIGDOOD on this one...and hopefully he will get the recognition he deserves...jam with Tommy? Was hopeful that would happen in October, but perhaps another time!

Class, bit of creativity, bit of variation and a hell of a lot better than 99% of players I've only found through Youtube, with any justice he will get a lot more publicity

THIS is why YouTube is so great... talent like this will rise to the top... I would love to hear this guy and Tommy Emmanuel jam together... both are master percussionists who absolutely kill the fretboard. Freakin amazing. ***** and featured on the Acoustic Virtuosity Archives, YouTube's best-of-the-best acoustic music. (bigdood - playlists - FIVE STAR YouTube Artists). Thanks for posting this!

Listen... look. It's so far beyond the usual crap out there, even in the obscure fingerstyle world... he is using a modified paintbrush (he came up with it) to make the percussive sounds and composed this variation of a familiar tune... if you listen to his other stuff, it's obvious this tune is to help make himself more accessible which he really shouldn't have to do, but it's still great. I found his website, www.johndanley.com, he has so much material it's staggering.
