How To Increase Internet Speed by 20%

This is a Step by Step tutorial that will 100% Increase your internet speed by 20% Which is ALOT. This is not risky and will do no harm to your computer. Windows sets a limit of 80% Speed by default. All im showing you is to simply change that 80% to 100%. Faster browsing downloading uploading etc! This is very easy to get and even a casual person that doesn't use computers often can easily do. Just follow the on screen instructions! NOTE: YOU NEED WINDOWS XP VISTA OR WINDOWS 7 PROFESSIONAL OR ULTIMATE! This will NOT work for other versions e.g Home premium or basic. This is because they do not have GPedit.msc Installed! And no you can't just download it!

Text Instructions:
First Go to the start menu and type run and click on the top result. or the shortcut is Windows key + R. Now Type in GPedit.msc. Now when it pops up click 'Administrative Templates' Under 'Computer Configuration.'
Now click Network. After that double click on 'QoS Packet Sheduler'. And finally double click on 'Limit Reservable Bandwith' Click disable at the top left and the box under 'Options:' Should be greyed out with a '0' in it. And after that you've done it! 20% Faster browsing, downloading, uploading etc guaranteed. Run a speedtest at speedtest.net or something and you'll see a difference :)
