Raccoons and the Backyard Bag Feeder Project - They tear a hole in it and use their paws to reach around for food inside! - It's almost like it was *made* for them!! :)

I think it's very interesting that the coony abandoned the cake and marshmallows to 'hunt' a moth. Like the moth is a delicacy for raccoons. My Bridgette LOVES grasshoppers and looks forward to getting them every year. Then when she does, her eyes will roll to the back of her head like she's in ecstacy!

Mmmmm! Grasshoppers! :) I can just imagine! Kind of like the way raccoons eat when they *really* like something - I love the way they tilt their head back when they're eating! It's like they're savoring every last bit of the juices! There isn't any cake in the feeder project here, BTW, just peanuts and some 'mellows - but I feed them less 'mellows now!

I think so too! They're so cool!!! And I don't mind the breathing on the lens - just as long as they don't kick it out of focus... :)
