Yes, the boss spawns fel hunters. Well it did back in tbc, but with the ammount of dps people can push with lvl 80 gems, and levling gear it's very rare the fight goes that long.

if you had diseases on the target you would of get healed for a lot more with death strike. and you would of killed him faster

Er.. Where is all the healing coming from? Deathstrike alone doesn't heal that fast.
