I'm not religious but - turning our backs on the rampant consumerism and spending money on clean water instead is awesome - yay advent conspiracy - Kudos to you.

Please tell me more about these particular wells. I have spent time in Africa and would be interested in furthering only the most appropriate wells.

Actually, Advent Conspiracy is doing that very thing, through Living Water. Watch "How Will AC Change You?" and see one of the wells and the local users' story.

For those who keep dogging this guy: This video is part of a series of videos for Advent Conspiracy. Some are for motivation, others detail the program. This is one of many that shows the horrible conditions that currently exist. The other videos show how AC raises money and support for building the new, clean, deep-water wells. Watch eVqqj1v-ZBU.

ok do-gooders, if you really want to help, you must drill deep water wells and case the bore-hole, with a sealed hand-pump...this is the only way to clean water in a rainforest. you can see one in my Ghana post.

How about selling that home with a nice big pool and dropping that money into the building of a new well this year? Then you can share a glass of water with these folks. Will you do the right thing?
