Tips: Teen girls makeup mistakes

You especially should avoid "the mask" effect created by not blending the foundation enough around the edges of the face, or choosing the wrong color foundation.

i think the only thing that made the makeup look heavy was the stuff applied to her lips, everything else was done in a decent amount, she really didn't use a lot of stuff.

Well I mean, makeup was made not to change what we look like but to enhance ourselves. But makeup is art, and if you're a creative person and you like makeup, then why not have fun with it. As long as it doesn't make you look like a clown, it doesn't necessarily have to be "natural" looking. That's one style out of the many.

im a teen and i appply way more than that! but i don't put it on so i have a orange face and a white neck, to be honest just wear what u want!

There are so many different looks you can go for, and makeup is art. There is no right or wrong!

I use bright rainbow colors and such and I can wear it well too. Most people say it's weird, but hey I'm expressing myself. I usually tell people who say it's weird, "I'm sorry, I can't look exactly like you. I wasn't aware we were all meant to be your gosh dang twin." I can't stand conformists.

what I do: Sometimes a little bit of SUPER thin eyeliner on my top lid, and mascara that looks natural. Sometimes if I feel bored, I do a slight gold-brownish eyeshadow fade that most people don't notice. WHat annoys me is Super bright eyeshadow.

Some people can look good with makeup, and some have that natural beauty, that's why when you start putting on makeup, it just seems too much.. coz of that natural beauty you're hiding. but mostly, anyone can look good with makeup as long as it's the right kind of makeup and not heavy.

makeup doesnt make you pretty, it enhances your beauty. And the reason we were it is not for guys, to be pretty-er, or to look like cake faces.
