Breath support involves how to control the muscular layer of the diaphragm that forms a divide between the chest and abdominal cavities. The diaphragm is the main muscle involved in the breathing process, and its contractions are the principal movements involved in the inspiration of air.

Imagine you are under water releasing air bubbles, all the same size, one at a time like a string of pearls. Release air bottom to top like rolling up a toothpaste tube.
