deafZINE videoed Leicester College about deaf people welcome to come to Leicester College and what support they can give to deaf students. Leicester College have full and part time courses, and provide support for any student with disabilities. Communication support are provided for any deaf people who wish to come to Leicester College to study. Open to all ages. Most courses run for one year e.g. English. College also run short courses that last a term e.g. flower arranging. How can deaf people enrol, if online application is difficult? There are support at enrollment days, mainly for people with English as their second language, which staff will help with information and application form filling. There is an information point at the reception at Leicester College, who will arrange additional support.
