if Tesla was allowed to do what he wished, the internet probably would have been sort of like a virtual reality or omnipresent psychic experience that would lead to existential humanism world wide , we probably would have been a type 1 or 2 civilization by now

@Caprican28 yes, this is right. And the W W W was invented on a "NeXT Computer" from a Steve Jobs Company. Without Internet, no E-Mail, no IRC, no FTP and many other things and naturally also no W W W. And the forerunner from Hypertext and Hypermedia came from Ted Nelson.

Whats this about Brits inventing the internet? Is this what every country is teaching.. I guess the French say a French invented the internet too? Not only did I think it was created by more than one country but I thought the majority of the "creators" were American..
