  • zero fat?|

if thats a meal replacement, dont u need healthy fats, which are essential for you?

  • @c24c24c24 Just consume a small handful of raw nuts or seeds along with the drink, or add them to the drink. --Jay

  • Jay,

I received sample packets of your powder for Christmas (my brother-in-law is an avid powerlifter and a fan of yours). How much water should I use per packet? Mind you, I'm only using water because I take it to work to consume, so I'm looking for a packet-to-water ratio.

  • @JRTVFan I find 12 ounces works great.

  • Low in calories but high in energy? Isn't a calorie a unit of energy by definition?

  • @cxdurden Let me know why not? If you have valid reasons, I am always open to learning something new. --Jay

  • I think Jay Robb protein powder is one of the best protein supplements on the market ,but low fat equals low testosterone remember cholesterol is used to produce the steroid hormones required for normal development and functioning.

if you want to be fat yes...but if u want to lose weight and gain muscle ....then u go with muscle tech...your product has to many calories and is a waste of money...maybe for people with a eating disorder, but weight lifters...hell no

  • @xGLAVONJAx MuscleTech contains only 20 grams of protein per serving, so you are basically paying top dollar for the second ingredient (about 9 grams worth) which is for maltodextrin (cheap corn starch). That product also contains artificial flavors, acesulfame potassium (artificial sweetener), sucralose (another artificial sweetener). You may want to revisit JayRobb.com and compare ingredients, protein content and more. You get what you pay for. Our ingredients say it all.

    Thanks for the reply.

I tried that. I found out I just needed 6 fl. oz. of water.

  • I actually enjoy your videos, your a good marketer, it's not boring to listen to you.

When it comes to cars I own a 2005 Mercedes E500...and I love it and of course Mercedes compared to Kia is like fire and ice...so different...but we are talking about a Protein shake and you need the right ingridients..I looked at your product online and it cannot be compared to the MuscleTech 5LB from SamsClub... the MuscleTech in this case is the Mercedes and yours is not a Kia..maybe a VW but faar from a Benz...and yes nutrition is important your right
