The beginning of a great and unlucky series, Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip. With the Wes Mendell rant about TV.
With italian subs, as a tribute to a great series which still hasn't come to our country, and which I really miss.
Every right to this belongs to NBC, this movie has a simple purpose: being a tribute and catch audience to a great series when it'll come to Italy.

great show, american viewers are idiots, they prefer to watch 30rock than this, but even NBC is more idiot, they could have sold the protuction to HBO and the show would have been a huge success, money to HBO + money to NBC + satisfied viewers

This show, as much as I wanted it to be great, did suck. It was Aaron Sorkin v. His Haters and the Religious Right - when it should have been Aaron Sorkin uses his experience to write something great. this scene was beautiful though.

I know you wrote this two years ago, but don't give me that. The Studio 60 sketches we saw were terrible, uninspired and brought down the whole show. 30 Rock played the same types of sketches for "stylistic suck" - they were never intended to be good in the first place.

That, and Studio 60 was a long author tract on the part of Aaron Sorkin insulting his ex-girlfriend Kristin Chenoweth. Whether it was on HBO or not didn't matter - Studio 60 sucked.
