Using three all natural ingredients of beeswax, coconut oil and shea butter, you can create your own chemical-free lotion bar and use it the same day. This combination of ingredients works well to smooth dry skin, cracked heels, finger cuts, as well as relieve the symptoms of eczema and psoriasis

Update: at the end of the video I suggest a place where you can purchase bulk ingredients. Since that vendor no longer sells online, see my DIY page for a list of places to purchase in bulk. http://www.hardlotion.com/diy-hard-lotion-kit/

  • Where do you get your oils now that oils by nature has been closed down?

  • On the DIY page of my website I post updates.

  • At the part where you say you can add a fragrance does that mean I can add a bit of an oil fragrance like from Bath and Body works ro sumthing?

  • @PinkLeopard80s I've only used essential oils but I know fragrance oils work, too. See that the product you want to add doesn't contain water.

  • i dont have bees wax soo is there any thing else i can use or can i use my lipbalm that is made out of herbal stuff and beeswax? or can i use vasiline?

  • @makeuplover430 It has to be oil-soluble. You can find beeswax at a local health food store.

  • Sounds easy enough to do. I ordered some beeswax online and have all the other butters. I want to try this with raw cocoa butter too.

  • Great video.

  • @makeuplover430 I've had success with substituting olive oil instead of coconut oil, though you'll have to tweak the amounts (start with less olive oil than you'd use for coconut oil, and adjust until you get it where you like it).

  • Do u have to use coconut oil?
