Best to use only raw and organic ingredients of the highest quality.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cauliflower
- extra virgin olive oil (Cold pressed)
- 2-3 cloves of garlic (We used elephant garlic)
- Himalayan pink rock salt and black whole pepper

METHOD

Take 1 cauliflower
2-3 cloves of garlic, process briefly in food processor until a rice-like consistency forms
(avoid over processing, a bitter taste will result)

Add extra-virgin olive oil, Himalayan pink rock salt and black whole pepper to taste.

Dehydrate at 44 degrees C (110 degrees F) for 2-3 hours (otherwise place in oven at the lowest setting leaving the oven door slightly ajar)

Alternatively you could use parsnips or jicama instead of cauliflower. (Use a nut milk bag to squeeze out the excess water with the Jicama)

Extra: Try seasoning the rice with 2 Tablespoons of Miso.

  • @Proverb3 Thanks! I always wondered. Thought raw food was not to be heated up in any way, but now I see that it's still raw that way Thanks again..

  • @tpmm1 Can be heated without destroying the nutrients, so long as it doesn't reach what, 115-140 degrees F? Dehydrating is fine, still saves the nutrients, which is what raw food is ultimately about. These are creative ways to eat raw food and get rid of cravings for cooked foods and animal products, etc. I'm grateful for these ideas, they go a long way when sharing the raw vegan diet with others. Try taking some healthy apple pie or chocolate mousse pie to a church gathering.. just saying.

  • I love your videos! please make more

  • Is that a dehydrator? I thought raw food was not to be warmed in any way?
