  • How much does a setup like that cost?

    Wok and burner only.

I'd love to get one once I get a place.

  • high heat is very very ideal for chinese/asian cuisine. Thats why I use a separate burner, because the heat must be evenly distributeed to mak e the vegetables crispy. And for good meat stir frys its needed very high heat.

In ancient china its not a secret that the preparation took long time, but the cooking not long.

  • lol im gonna start a fire in my kitchen trying to do this

  • in cooking what are bright yellow flame stoves used for as opposed to hotter blue and yellow flames. whats the difference in the heat methods

  • @zodawg0079 Thanks for the info!

I'm definitely gonna get the top quality for this though, so no worries.

  • @Huba588 I've seen woks up to $200 and burners from $2000-$4000 US dollars. Keep in mind, that's for professional grade stuff.

  • Thanks for adding these. Love to see some subtitles. Looks delicious!

  • looks like a different style of cooking to the usual burner setup some chefs use. The yellow flame setup he has is set for less heat than the roaring burners you normally see.
