technically gravitational energy powered car since gravity is just a force and power is a measurement of energy / time =P
but its always cool to see forms of energy converted in such a fundamental way! was this for some kind of science competition? science Olympiad maybe?

@unambitious It's powered by gravity in that the force of gravity on the weight is propelling the car...
