@wizard12345671 He is good, or rather he thinks he has good intentions. He is an OoMN member, but you know that he died, but then Dekar was turned to Hydraxon by the Mask of Light? When he got revived all he knew that there were escapees from the Pit, and being dead, he thought everything he saw was an escapee, including the Toa, or somthing along those lines, but tl;dr, he has good intentions
