Allot of people are curious how I stay thin.
This is part 2 where I go into deail of some health
foods I just found and also some of my fave foods.

UPDATE:Now vegan cause I`m highly sensitive
to dairy products and I drink Almond milk instead
of soy milk,its way better for you:)and tastes
better too!

  • first lessons I learned was not to eat too much of bananas and grapes... they have a super high amount of sugar and that is sort of bad for you since it confuses your insulin and after that you'll have the need to eat more etc. and bananas aren't even sorted as fruits but as carbs because of their high amount of sugar....

    I have cut down my banana consumption

    allot.Used to have like 7 day, now Just 1-2

    And never more then cup for grapes a day.

    No I eat allot in a day BUT its all fruits

    and veggies!!!!<3And im perfectly healthy!

    haha I havnt had a veggie burger

    in a super long time.But when I did

    eat them,I either have no bun.Or just

    the veggie patty, in a whole wheat pita.

  • Carbs are not bad for you, the problem is that most people eat bad carbs, i'e white bread, white pasta and white rice. If you eat complex carbs (brown bread etc etc) then there won't be a problem. You shouldn't eliminate any food group from your diet, just pick the healthier option instead. Your body needs carbs.

  • @bvencia I broke my body's ability to turn protein and fat into blood sugar and have to intake a third of my daily caloric intake in pure sugar every single day now. I broke it by losing 3-4 lbs a week for a year about a year ago, by only slightly lowering my caloric intake and keeping my daily treadmilling the same. I have been running several miles daily out of neccassity of health issues for several years now. I used to never eat candy; now I down about 700 cals in lollipops daily. T_T

  • great video! will deff have to check out some of the things you mentioned i love raisins haha :-) the kashi bars are awesome I just made carob coconut bars this wsekend theyre similar I deff want to do a recipe vid on them soon :-)

  • No people You don't need carbs atal in your diet its a proven fact that we don't need them for example when we were cave men we did not have carbohydrates only a tiny bit in like fruit but not proper carbs like wheat and stuff like that. Also the atkins diet is proven a healthy diet and its a non carb diet.

  • eehm who told u that carbs are 'bad'?! u need them in ur diet! im a healthy person too but u cant survive with just fruits & veggies! cmon i like ur videos but this is just a bad example and if u weigh 100lbs.. girl, ur underweight!.....(if ur wondering im 5'7 120lbs just to let u know that im not a jealous hater LOL)
