Great. I've gotten off of Atkins and put on weight too. But now I'm back on and I'm sticking to it. You make it easier. I needed variety and you provided that in your videos. But I need more. I'm glad you are coming back. You should be proud of yourself and how much you've accomplished.

Could you use chicken stock intead? Could you use heavy cream also?

absolutely you could. Neither have a high carb count. This was just following a recipe that I found online. :-D

Hi Kelly, I tried several of your recipes and they all came out delicous. I just wish you had more low carb recipes. I made the fried rice with cauliflower and it came out so good. I made your pumpkin bars and they came out superb!! Thank you so much.

Look forward to more in the near future. I took a low carb break(meaning I gained some weight lol) but as of Monday I am back on track and back with the show! :-)
